Change of phone number insertion and notation in item 19 of the Flight Plan.

From AIRAC date 31st October onwards the insertion and notation of a phone number in item 19 (supplementary information) of the Flight Plan will change.

For insertion of a phone number in item 19, use item N/(Remarks) (instead of item C/). Also use the international prefix notation (e.g. 0031612345678).
